Browse our website and when you are ready to make a purchase, phone in, fax in or mail in. If you have questions about any of our items or on ordering, do not hesitate to call. What we need to place the order is the item name and page number it’s on.
 
Methods of Payment
We accept certified check, business checks, personal checks and money orders. If you choose to make payment by check or money order, payment must be received and cleared before merchandise is shipped.

Shipping
We ship most orders via FedEx or UPS within 48 hours. The usual transit time is 6-10 business days depending on what part of the country you live in. Express service is available. Shipping and handling is $20.00 per item; $40 for express service. All shipped items will be insured. Canada shipping is $30.00.
  
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the ceramic piece you have ordered, you may return or exchange it within 30 days. These items are one of a kind and as such there are certain restrictions.

• When returning an item, you must email or call gordonperry.com first to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please do not ship anything back without obtaining this number first.  

• Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
• All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition, preferably in the same packaging. We cannot accept a return on any item that has been damaged.   
• When returning an item to us, we recommend using UPS. Sorry, no COD’s accepted. When returning an item it must be insured; we cannot accept a return on any item that has been damaged by the carrier unless it is insured.
