Methods of Payment
We accept PayPal or certified check, PayPal is preferred. If you choose to make payment by check, payment must be received and cleared before the merchandise is shipped.

Shipping
We ship most orders via UPS within 48 hours. The usual transit time is 3-7 business days depending on what part of the country you live in. Express service is available. Shipping and handling costs are $17.00 for smaller items and $25.00 for larger ones; express service can be arranged. All shipped items will be insured. Canada shipping adds $15.00 and the buyer is responsible for any duty.
  
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the ceramic piece you have ordered, you may return or exchange it within 30 days. These items are one of a kind and as such there are certain restrictions.

• When returning an item, you must email or call first to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please do not ship anything back without obtaining this number first.  

• Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
• All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition, preferably in the same packaging. We cannot accept a return on any item that has been damaged.   
• When returning an item to us, we recommend using UPS. Sorry, no COD’s accepted. When returning an item it must be insured; we cannot accept a return on any item that has been damaged by the carrier unless it is insured properly.
